The Perks of Being a Wallflower

I have not read the book, but the movie, on its own was one of the more interesting and emotionally touching I've seen so far this year. I'm a bit of a wallflower myself in high school and there were a few parallels I see in the movie and my life. I can't quite put the type of feeling I have right now. Happy, in a sense that people get to talk about and see for themselves what some people go through, and sad, because of the bad memories that resurfaced. I thought I have gotten over a lot of these crap after so many years, but it seems like high school all over again.
